It was an investment unfortunately purchased right before the crash in 2008. We had it listed with several different realtors and had no luck in selling it until we listed with Theresa. The day we signed the listing agreement she had it on the internet with drone photos! And this was in March 2020 just at the beginning of the COVID pandemic. We looked for about 6 months or more and then decided to build which was another 6 months. She was extremely patient throughout the entire process as we looked at many houses and I was very picky. She always made herself available around our busy schedule. Even though our purchase was over a year she was right by our side every step of the way. She was very educated and this being our first time building through a builder we were not she worked with our lender our builder the title company and made our closing as smooth as possible. On the day of closing I was nervous and just exhausted with everything going on she eased our mind and made it so smooth. She was always positive and always helpful wearing a smile at all times. Theresa made the selling process seamless. She is straightforward and knowledgeable about what will get your house sold. She kept us on track for having things ready for photos and took control to get our house set up and staged for showings. We have a two year old two cats and a very excited dog. With having showings back to back and living in the home while it was on the market she was a huge advocate for our privacy and keeping showings within their promised time. She stayed in communication with our realtor in Texas to help our buying process. We could not have moved across the country without her help and expertise.
